Alas... Norman KRU Ties The Knot.. Congrats!!!
KUALA LUMPUR: Singer-actor turned entrepreneur Norman Abdul Halim or better known as Norman KRU has finally found the woman of his dreams.
Happy together: Norman giving Shireen Mardziah a kiss after the solemnisation ceremony in Damansara Heights Friday.
The eldest sibling of the popular 90s rap group KRU tied the knot with Dr Shireen Hashim, 44, here last night.
The akad nikah (solemnisation ceremony) was held at the Saidina Umar Al Khattab Mosque in Damansara Heights.
Norman said he had initially wanted to hold the ceremony in Sydney but changed his mind for the convenience of friends, family and fans here. “I hope my fans will pray for my happiness.”
On why he chose Shireen to be his wife, Norman said he found her maturity appealing.
